Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1–2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days using our standard shipping provider. Flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 applies to orders shipping within Australia.
We do not ship internationally through our standard checkout process at this time. International orders can be requested via email at merch@ashlane.com.au , and we will confirm if shipping is available to your location.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We offer $15 flat rate shipping to Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping is available by request only. Please email us at merch@ashlane.com.au to check if we can ship to your location.
Shipping availability and cost will depend on the recipient’s country and will be communicated via email.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TWA Shop (Train With Ash) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at merch@ashlane.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
